Delivery & Returns

We use Australia Post for all orders within Australian, offering a flat rate of $9.95 for standard and $14.95 for express shipping. Once you’ve placed your order, it will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 24-48 hours, so get ready to make space in your wardrobe. Express orders will be dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 1pm EST.

Care for us

The right size means a flattering fit. The wrong size risks overstretching or sagging, so choose carefully. See our size guide for help.
Put your pants on like stockings; gradually roll up the legs and slip in. Never pull from the waist.
Be gentle when dressing. Open buttons and undo zippers before putting on and taking off clothes.
Belt loops are for belts, not tugging. Too much force will cause damage. Put them on with care.
Your clothes will go where you go; dates, shopping sprees and nail appointments. Be careful with your fresh manicure, as sharp and rough surfaces can damage the material if not handled properly.
Only the FREDDY WR.UP in the Sport range with D.I.W.O technology should be worn while working out. Other pants should be reserved for espresso martinis or movie marathons.
Hand wash with cold water using a mild detergent, whilst Beyonce Knowles plays in the background.
Avoid using fabric softener. This can ruin the wicking function in the technical fabrics.
Deodorants are harsh and can bleach fabrics, so sports gear should be washed after each wear.
The indigo dye used for this garment could bleed, as it happens for any other jeans.

Worth thinking about

Whilst there are lots of things you’ll do with your Freddy’s, here are a few things you shouldn’t. Don’t: leave them wet, soak, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach, iron the silicon membrane, dry in direct sunlight, lend them to your friend – you’ll never get them back.

Read the care instructions on each product’s label carefully. Each style and material has slightly varied care instructions.

Everyone needs at least one pair!!

I was at first hesitant to make the purchase as I prefer to try on jeans before I buy them. But after I read all the reviews I was convinced. They are so comfy, they feel like tights even though they aren’t. They pass as jeans so you can wear them to any event/occasion or just around the house. Once they’re on they stay up like they say they do. The plastic band on the inside does feel a little weird at first but you get used to it pretty quickly. The full length are perfect if you are tall (I’m 173cm and there’s still extra but not too much so they don’t look silly). They are super flattering and pull your butt up making any shape and size perky - you’ll get a lot of heads that turn for a double check. They also feel quality so they are totally worth the money!
Follow the size guide as it says - measure yourself and get the next size up if you’re in between sizes-it’ll be the perfect fit.
I wear my Freddy’s almost every day - I’m obsessed!! Thank you Freddy for supplying such a great, quality product!!

Maybe not my correct style

While they were a good fit in parts they continually slipped down when I bent or sat. They are advertised as being able to stay in place and they certainly did not. However I have never found a pair of jeans that fit properly due to my smaller waist and larger bottom. I was advised by customer service to purchase the mid rise however I think the high waisted would have been better. I will purchase again, just in a different style because they fit so well everywhere but the waist.

I purchased athe black mid waist black denim with black stitching and I could not be happier ,they are fabulous, the fit ,the style and the colour was true to form.
I have worked in the fashion industry as a store manager for 10 years and I must say they are the best pants I have come across ..

Great fit, super comfy. Definitely good for people who normally get that annoying gap in the waist with normal jeans (e.g. Girls who squat ;)) . FYI is a smaller fit than a lot of jeans in the shops.Prefer to their low waist pants. Prompt delivery too and I live in semi rural WA
